We have led children in numerous BIG STAGE performances, including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil, Shangri-La Hotel, and Hyatt House performances.

🌟 Professional and experienced choir instructors
[Choir Instructor – Teacher Ren Xiaodan] 🧑🏻🏫
Teacher Ren Xiaodan graduated from Shandong University, China, with a bachelor’s degree in music education, and pursued a master’s degree in music education at Segi University. 🧑🏻🏫 She has years of experience in teaching choirs and has been awarded “Outstanding Choir Instructor,” in China, leading students to win several first prizes in competitions. 🎙️ Her classes have been selected as “Best Provincial Excellent Courses” by the Chinese Ministry of Education. She is an #ExperienceChoirInstructor dedicated to providing the most professional vocal training for children.
[Choir Instructor& HSM Founder – Ms. Penny Wong] 🧑🏻🏫
Ms. Penny is the FOUNDER of the Wonderful Music Star music early childhood program and an examiner for the American IMAA Board.
She holds master’s degrees in music performance from the University of Malaya and Liverpool John Moores University (UK). Since July 2023, Ms. Penny has been teaching 20 to 30 special needs student choirs at Nanyang. Her students have won gold and excellent awards in major competitions such as the London Clementi Competition, Chopin Competition, and World Championships 🏅 She has been dedicated to teaching music for 18 years 👨🏫, continuously improving her skills in different environments, and accumulating valuable music education experience and insights.
🌟 Provide professional training in pitch, harmony, rhythm, ear training & expression!
Students will be exposed to various musical works – learning to identify and understand different musical elements! Choir singing involves HARMONY in multiple voices, and students will learn to discern the harmonic relationships between different voices 🎙️.
They can also convey the EMOTIONS and meanings of music through voice and expression, thus cultivating their perception and expression of music 🎼
🌟 Improving physical and mental health through practising Dan Tian and breathing points
Choir activities include practicing Dan Tian and breathing point exercises.
Through practice, children can enhance concentration and attention, improving learning efficiency 📚
#DanTian is the energy centre of the body, and practising breathing can increase the flow of energy in the body, boosting vitality!
It will help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation of children’s body and mind, and lastly relieving academic pressure!
